Sunbury – Raymond E. Miller, 90, of Spruce Rd., passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 at his home.
Raymond was born September 12, 1930 in Selinsgrove a son of the late Harry and Gertrude (Pardoe) Miller. On April 12, 1948 he married Barbara S. Hogan who survives.
He worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad for over 20 years as an electrician and he then worked for Dupont until he retired.
Raymond was a member of the Front Street Christian Assembly in Sunbury.
He was an avid hunter and especially enjoyed spending time at his hunting cabin and listening to country and Christian music.
In addition to his wife of 74 years he is survived by his son Raymond B. and Carmen Miller of Puerto Rico, daughter Marilyn and Jim Yocum of Carsonville, grandchildren Michelle Turula of Boonton, NJ, Linda Miller of Allentown,
Roxy Yocum of Dalmatia and Eric Yocum of Chesapeake, VA, great grandchildren Madaline, Kya, Sayge Tensyn, Chase and Aaliyah as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Charlotte Hrinda, two brothers Kenneth and William Miller and one sister Violet Jenkins.
Services will be private. Interment will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.
Arrangements are by the Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut Street, Sunbury.
