Sunbury - Margaret A. "Dodie" Hoffman, 93 of N. Eighth Street passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021 at her home.
She was born February 12, 1927 in Northumberland a daughter of the late William R. and Margaret (Specht) Beck. On July 7, 1967 she married Elwood F. Hoffman who preceded her in death on April 25, 1978.
Dodie attended Northumberland schools. She was employed in the meat department of Weis Markets for many years and later served in the Grandmother Program at the Selinsgrove Center.
She loved to dance, especially to country music. Her greatest joy came from time spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Hoffman is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Carole Troutman, four daughters and three sons-in-law, Debra and James Eister, Audrey and James Foulds, Suellen and Tom Weisen and Robin Phillips all of Sunbury, her grandchildren and their spouses, Jenna(Hamilton), Jillian(Jason), Danielle(Jason), Christopher(Jamie), Anthony, ElliJo(Marty), Lindsay(Anthony), Joshua(Megan), Nathan(Heather), Pam(Brian), Nicholas, Stephanie and Jenny(Nathaniel), her great-grandchildren, Alexandra, Hudson, Parker, Lucy, Leo, Cali, Cade, Hunter, Kylie, Gabriel, Brandon, Jackson, Cruz, Lily, Presley, Gage, Layla, Logan, Travis, Jayden, Camryn, Caitlyn, Gracie and Nathaniel and one brother and sister-in-law, John and Alice Beck of Christiana.
She was preceded in death by six brothers, William, Frank, Charles, Donald, Harry and Robert Beck and three sisters, Charlotte Henry, Elinor Sawyer and Ruthe Gelow.
Funeral services will be private with Pastor Mark Harris officiating. Interment will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.

Arrangements are by the Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut Street, Sunbury.
