Helen M. Sprenkle

Sunbury - Helen M. Sprenkle, 98, of Fourth Street passed away Wednesday, June 10, in her home.  

She was born January 30, 1922 in Sunbury a daughter of the late Foster D. And Malinda M. (Durst)  Martz.  She was married to Marion R. Sprenkle Sr. Who preceded her in death.  

Helen was a graduate of Old Main High School.  

She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church, Sunbury.

Helen is survived by her son Marion R. Sprenkle Jr. and his wife Sharon, her daughter Linda L. Moyer and her husband Tom all of Sunbury, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Susan K. Malick, five brothers and one sister.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 11:00am in Pomfret Manor Cemetery, 1026 Packer Street,  Sunbury with Pastor David Dressler officiating.

Arrangements are by the Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut Street, Sunbury.
