Roy E Douglas

Roy E. Douglas,72, of Sunbury, passed away on Tuesday, August,14, 2018 at Manorcare, Sunbury, PA after a brave five year battle with cancer.

Roy was born in Charleston,  WV on, June 16, 1946 the son of the late James and Ruth (Hawkins) Douglas.  

He graduated HS.

He married Debra Burgess-Douglass on January 28, 2002, they enjoyed many many years together.

Roy was employed by the City of Sunbury Municipal Authority for 35 years and also Paul’s Cab Company. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church . He loved his cabin in Potter County; building it, fishing and hunting and serving as Camp cook.

He is survived by Paul and Susan Bingaman with four grandchildren: Krista, Mark, Coty, and Sydney Bingaman all of Sunbury. Siblings James, Bill. Lloyd, Wayne, Daniel and Gary Douglas and Kathy Little and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Diane.
