Patricia Ann "Pat" Wetzel, 81, a resident of Lancaster County, formerly of Keystone Villas, Ephrata, passed away on Monday, July 8, 2019, at the Ephrata Wellspan Hospital, Ephrata.
She was born Sept. 23, 1937, in Northumberland, a daughter of the late James and Madeline (Mottern) Fenstermacher. In 1957, in St. Michaels Catholic Church in Sunbury, she married Robert M. Wetzel who survives.
Pat was a 1954 graduate of Sunbury High School.
She was employed in various capacities during her career as an entrepreneur, executive assistant, and real estate agent.
Pat enjoyed her family, traveling, and music. Her greatest love was spending time with her husband, her six children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Nikki Banning of Lancaster; daughter-in-law, Kelly Wetzel, of Atlanta, Ga.; son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Kollyne Wetzel of Shrewsbury; daughter and son-in-law, Cory and Joe Richetti of Pittsburgh; daughter and son-in-law, Erin and Jamie Neff of Strassburg; 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister Linda Hager of Northumberland.
Pat was preceded in death by one daughter, Jami Wetzel; one son, Christian Wetzel; and one brother, James Fenstermacher Jr.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, July 21, at the Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut St., Sunbury, with Father Robert Van Deusen officiating.
Burial will follow in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.
