Patricia Susan Buchanan

Patricia Susan Buchanan, 62, Sunbury, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
She was born March 17, 1961, in Sunbury to George and Rose Marie "Rhea" (Decker) Buchanan.
Pat loved live music and sunshine.
She was a fantastic cook, friend and was always willing to help someone in need.
She will be surely missed, but her spirit will live on in all those lives she touched.
Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Maggie and Matt Keener; grandchildren, Morgan Buchanan and fiancé, Austin Sauder, C.J., David and Gabriel Keener; one great-grandson, Jackson Keener; siblings, Cathy Buchanan, June Young, Mary and Rick Williard, Kelly and Sharon Buchanan, Theresa Garvey, Liz and Jeff Lewis, and many nieces and nephews and life-long friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, George Buchanan and a sister, Nancy Baker; brother-in-law, Robert "Short" Young; nephew, Robert "Bobby" Young and niece, Jayme Buchanan.
A visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2024, at the Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut Street followed by a memorial service at 2.
