Suann L (Lehman) White

Suann L. White, 76, of S. 2nd St., Sunbury, passed away on March 3, 2018 at Sunbury UPMC Hospital. Susan was born March 10, 1941 the daughter of the the late John R. and Madeline H. (Fisher) Lehman. 

Sue graduated Sunbury HS in 1959. She married Paul F. White, Sr. on June 18, 1960, who survives.

Sue was a mother and homemaker, a wonderful cook, who loved to host the holiday dinners and family get-togethers. She adored her grandchildren. She loved to read! She was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church and the Senior Action Center in Sunbury. 

Sue also was previously employed at Billman’s Restaurant and in the daycare at the YMCA. 

She is survived by her husband and children: Paul F. White, Jr. and wife Cynthia of Mountain House, CA, Scott A. White and wife Linda A. of Sunbury, Randy L. White and wife Amanda D. of Sunbury, twelve grandchildren:  Victoria, Joshua, Kayla, Katelin, Nick, Dakota-Paul, Tono, Chelsie, Tristan, Hailey, Connor, and Landen, two great grandchildren, Christopher and Christian; sister Phyllis Hummel of Northumberland and sister Cheryl Spatzer and husband John of Sunbury.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother John R. “Bobby” Lehman, Jr. and sister Nancy Billman.

Friends and family may visit at the David T. Zweier Funeral Home, Inc. at 157 Chestnut St. Sunbury on Friday evening from 7-9 pm.; followed by a funeral service on Saturday at 11 am with Minister Albert Bingaman officiating. Interment will be at the Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington, PA.
